Surveys of the CPCHS school partner systems provided guidance for the following steps:
• It has determined that CPCHS will follow the guidelines of each of our cooperating school systems.
• If a system requires masks during the day, then CPCHS will follow the same protocol at night.
• If a system makes masks optional, then CPCHS will do the same at night.
• If a system does not require a mask, then CPCHS will still have them as optional.

Site closures will be determined on a site-by-site basis reflecting community concerns.
Site Directors will make decisions on quarantine timelines based on the information they are provided.
The following procedures are in place:
• Students are provided with cleaned materials and computer
• Classrooms are limited in student numbers determined by the size of the room
• Procedural signage is posted at the check-in table, water fountains, and hallways
• Restrooms are available at all sites
• Social distancing is encouraged when possible
• Masks will only cover nose and mouth....no “head covering type mask.”

PARENTS: The advantage of the Coastal Plains program is that students have the ability to work from both home and at the school site. With this in mind, student attendance needs to improve. Many students are not progressing as they should though they have had continual access to their courses.
